Rockefellar knew about the terrible effects of flourescent lighting and the benefits of full spectrum many years ago. Rockefellar spent ALOT of money to have full spectrum installed in all his buildings to keep his workers healthier, and stronger so they could do more work for him. In the long run he claimed the huge expense of buying and useing full spectrum eventually payed for itself in the long run. Workers missed less days and did more work

One time I lived indoors for a long time and started getting real agitated and couldnt figure out why, so I forced myself to go out and get a 8$ full spectrum lightbulb, It worked like magic.

He found out the frequency of the flourescent light was somewhere around 60 heartz and this frequency acts like a very very fast strobe light..... strobe light as in someone continuously turning the lights on and off very quick all the time... what creature isn't going to go mad under these condidtions.
