Re: First Timer - Hope People Here Can Help Me

I would just add to Anne's excellent advice that:
1. you can carry on taking your antidepressant medication. Chelation brings out mercury and you can feel pretty low at times, although it passes quickly.

2. More than colonics, IV vitamin C is really supposed to help alleviate symptoms. Find a place where you can get this done and if you ever have a problem go there ASAP.

3. > Does anybody here have any advice on what I should do first. Should I do a parasite/bowel cleanse first? Should I do Liver Flushes first?

Don't do any of that - it has nothing to do with the Cutler protocol. As long as you are not constipated you are good to go. If you want to do bowel cleansing that is *ok*, but Liver Flushing is frowned upon.

4. Should I even take DMSA or just take ALA? Is the Cutler protocol something you can do without the supervision of a doctor?

Most people follow the protocol on their own. If you can find a doc who will support you great, but it is not necessary.

You need to try both chelators and see which works best for you but as Anne said ALA is the main chelator. DMSA is mainly to reduce symptoms, but in many people it exacerbates symptoms - in which case there is no point in taking it! ALA is a must though.

5. I'm interested in The Ultimate Zapper but I can't afford it

Forget that garbage. If you can't afford it you don't need it.

Bebe.
