Day 3 went pretty well. I've lost about 10 lbs already!
I've been thinking about food a lot. I'm not really hungry, I just miss eating! I've been having dreams about eating food. Last night I ate a snow cone in my dream. Watching cooking shows probably doesn't help, but I do plan to eat some day, and I can't miss those sweet recipes.
I've also been having trouble falling asleep, but that's not a totally new thing. I usually take sleeping pills (they're actually muscle relaxers, but are commonly prescribed to help with sleep), but that would *probably* interfere with the fast.
