Hello. You said you're getting a "weird bloating" in your stomach every time you eat something "carb-heavy"? Maybe you are allergic to wheat or gluten. Alot of people are allergic to wheat and don't even know it. Try getting a gluten allergy test or eat stop eating wheat for a while, then eat something wheatie and see what happens. I was eating wheat every day like most people, then I realized it was making me naseous and bloated. Then I stopped and it's been great, and I stick with soy or oat flours, and my favourite whole grain, quinoa.
