Apply hot compresses as often as possible. Do not touch the cyst or try to squeeze it. The heat should help bring it to a head and eventually help it drain without applying pressure to the cyst. This may take several days, but stay with it. Cystic Acne is not nesessarily caused by diet. Hormone imbalances are a common reason for the cysts.
