What to do about massive cyst on face

Is there anyway I can prevent an absolutely massive cyst on my face from scarring?

Is there any way to heal this thing without it rupturing?

It grows everyday. It started out about the size of a pea, then it grew to about the size of an olive...now it is like an acorn!

It is so large that it is stretching and pulling the skin down on my face and so painful that I can barely touch it.

I am wondering how big this thing is going to get!!
