Re: Children and Adrenal Fatigue

It sounds like you have had adrenal problems, too (panic attacks). I inherited it from my mother...or perhaps the candida that poisoned my adrenal glands. Does your son have any other symptoms of candida?

.
Unless you deal with the root issue of what is toxifying the system, then you will never find out what caused the adrenal weakness. I have had stress a mile high, for 30 years, and all the time with low adrenals, but toxins can push the adrenals over the edge in a minute, if they are acute. But you generally only go over the edge if your adrenals are already weak.
When the adrenals become weak, then every stress is much greater. In fact I don't need any stress from the outside world in order to feel stressed, I just have to not take my salt, or eat the right diet. "Experts" are targeting stress, but are not seeing the weak "stress glands" as the stressor. If you are not producing enough cortisol in your adrenals, just watching the sun come up is stressful; sitting up in a chair is stressful; smiling takes lots of effort.
When the glands are healthy, the immunity is there; inflamation is down; the systems of the body will function in order. If we find all of the toxic sources, then the body will not be hindered or confused. Disease doesn't hit all at once...the seed is sown in spring and we reap it in the fall. So many conditions are related to the adrenals, which affect every system in the body. Experts are piecing together the stress relationship with many conditions, but they are neglecting the adrenals. If you have low adrenals, you will have high stress.
...I just had to get that stressor off my mind.
...God bless...
