No thats not nice at all.

Its ok to feel anxious. Just remember that *you* are in control. And during chelation don't think about whether you are doing the right thing - leave your thinking for between rounds when you are clear-headed (I know thats easier said than done).

This is what I found as well! The trick is to have an alarm clock with at least 2 alarms (as you do), and wake-up/take doses at exactly the same time. That way it becomes automatic and there is no thinking involved. 3 o'clock in the morning
is not the best time to be thinking!
