>I did have some moments of increased mental clarity yesterday
that is good
> getting deep feelings of loss
thats not such a bad thing - hopefully the only thing you are losing is the metals.
> I've been feeling very very spacey and confused since I got up, can't really think straight which is quite scary
No thats not nice at all.
> I'm feeling quite anxious about the whole thing actually...but I know that can be an effect of chelation anyway....but it's making me feel I'm doing the wrong thing!
Its ok to feel anxious. Just remember that *you* are in control. And during chelation don't think about whether you are doing the right thing - leave your thinking for between rounds when you are clear-headed (I know thats easier said than done).
> I'm keep checking the clock timer to see if it's set at the right time as I'm terrified to miss a dose! Feel like I'm developing OCD lol!
This is what I found as well! The trick is to have an alarm clock with at least 2 alarms (as you do), and wake-up/take doses at exactly the same time. That way it becomes automatic and there is no thinking involved. 3 o'clock in the morning
is not the best time to be thinking!
