Thanks again Hanna,what would I do without you?My link now works..had omitted a tiny thingy!My reaction today wasn't so severe so I'll continue with these and when they are done I plan on getting the ones Newport recommends.

I will use the policosanol too because I want to see if I can reduce my high cholesterol like you did.As you know I inherited mine and nothing I've done(naturally) is bringing it down.So I plan on giving it a good try before I give up.
