Do you know which food(s) contain the most niacin, and what their niacin content is ?
I'm trying to calculate the largest amount one would "normally" ingest. For example, if Food X has the highest known niacin content of anything on the planet and contains 1% by weight niacin, and I am capable of eating two pounds (900g) of Food X before I pop the buttons off my shirt, then I'd conclude that the most niacin I'd be likely to get "normally" would be 9 grams. Then, if I ever decide to supp with it, I'd be inclined to not exceed that amount by much, if at all.
