Yes I have considered these things since I have a job where I either travel in car or sit for long periods. I try to eat foods that are non-congesting and take herbs that increase circulation, I also do yoga and am increasing my hugging of those I appreciate (increases circulation for the both of us) I have not had cholesterol level checked in past year but am confident it is toward the lower end of acceptable range as it generally is.
I will take what you have said into further consideration
