I have been plagued by insomnia for almost four years now and cant figure out the cause.
I have slowly changed my diet to a very clean mostly fruit/vegetable to try to alleviate the insomnia along with seb dermatitis and acne and although I feel much better physically I still have skin issues and insomnia. I am about to start with various organ cleanses, (colon, liver, kidneys) and wonder if you can help me. Do you see this as a problem with liver? Parasites? Vitamin/mineral deficiencies?
I've tried so many supplements over the years and feel they are not the answer. I can get half rested by taking melatonin, magnesium, and 5HTP but I dont think they are the solution and dont trust taking them in the long run.
