Re: all about vitamins
My teeth are great... about the only thing that hasn't gone wrong. The magnesium dificency was the 2md worst they have ever seen. Oh, and it is NOT the military giving me the IV's, it is the NS Evironmental Health Clinic... they are a very forward thinking clininc that deals solely with folks who are environmentally sick/sensitive. I am the only military guy that they have seen (although I am hopeful my old military DR will push to send other guys there as well). My magnesium load test showed 97% retention. Anything over 20% is a deficency. After 15 IV's, my level is down to 57%... Once they get me down some more, they will switch to magnesium supplements... I have already changed my diet quite a bit, but diet alone would not get the levels back to a normal rate...
I do think that I will have them stop the B complexes though after all you have explained to me... It doesn't seem to be doing anything. They had tried C, or maybe it was D, but it made me sick.
I had given you some info in some much earlier posts about my case... "repost - military men"... basically, in a nut shell we came to the conclusion that I was poisened. it was good to see my military DR actually support that in saything that my body unwent some sort of insult... either poisen, bacteria, viruses, heat stress, chemicals, or a combination of these... I was lucky to have such forward thinking from a DR that works for the military. Symptoms... Chronic Fatigue, Atrial Fibrilation, Lumps in feet, headaches, dizziness, nerve degeneration (arms/neck), autonomic central nervous system issues, confusion and poor memory, inability to focus and multi-task. GERD, etc.............. blah, getting tired just typing this all down again, so I'm gonna sign off.
I'm gonna keep getting those IVs for magnesium until my levels are better. ty again Doc.
