all about vitamins
I've been to the doctor before and he was clueless. For some reason, certain vitamins don't have the suggested effects. For example, "Vitamin B (and family)", everyone says that it's supposed to give you energy. For me, it puts me to sleep. I've tried taking Centrium and it upsets my stomach.
I work in a high stress environment at the moment and additional stress at home with not much time for physical activities to relieve it. I'm not eating much and when I do, my stomach is so nervous that I feel like it's going to come back up.
My doctor suggested Prilosec, and I've been taking it for a week. It has helped my nervous stomach, but I would like to take other suppliments that have the same effect.
Since my body doesn't seem to be reacting to vitamins with the "normal" intention, do you have any recommendations for me to help balance my body and help it function correctly?
