I generally tend to be quiet, though, I have been coming out of my lurking mode some lately.

I wanted to tell you that I ALWAYS read your posts (as well as a few others). I always gain something from what you share; and then, the other day my heart hurt for yours.

For some reason, today, I thought of these scripture:

I know of the fruit that you yield and so do many others. You are far healthier in my eyes than many who may be able to sprint a mile, or whatever.
