Re: Help-gallbladder attack
Gidget, dimerol is controlling the pain, yes ... it is doing NOTHING to stop it from coming back.
The last 10 weeks before I started flushing were a nightmare of barely functioning misery for me ... I literally hurt with every breath until I jumped in both feet and just did the dang flush!!!! From flush one, I found that I had a few days of pain free life. It didn't go away immediately for me.
I learned to drink lemon water all day long, even keeping lemons in my desk drawer at work and in the fridge here at the house. If that wasn't working, I'd drink warm water with apple cidar vinegar (Bragg's works wonder for gallbladder attacks). If that still didn't work, I'd drink a mug of very warm water with epsom salts. There were times when I drank warm water with all 3 in it.
Each flush, the pain got less and less, then the good days went from being 2 or 3 in row right after the flush to just knowing when my liver was telling me it was time to flush again. (*blush* you'll find examples here of my describing talking to my liver but it and I did communicate.)
Wanna keep your gallbladder? Start flushing! Do it NOW. I am sitting here today having NO feeling of a liver or gallbladder in my body and able to eat anything I want without fear of food (my diet is probably better than most. I opted for a totally holistic lifestyle).
