Help-gallbladder attack

I had a GB attack yesterday morning @ 8 AM. I had some demerol on hand from the previous attack I had ( I have had 3 now in a year). I felt better within a few hours, but still had pain in the center of my chest. Around 3 I took more demerol and again felt better within a few hours. I woke feeling good, but was NOT sore in my GB area which is what happened with the last 2 attacks. SO I figured I was OK. Now tonight my chest hurts again. A LOT. Right above my rib cage in the center of my chest. I am assuming I have a stone stuck. With my 1st GB attack last year I got a stone stuck and was in pain, same place as now, for 3 days. I got jaundice very bad and was on schedule for an ERCP when I all of a sudden started feleing better so they did an MRI andNO stone.

So here I am wondering if a stone is stuck and what to do NOW? I can take more demero lbut that isn't going to help a stuck stone. Im not sure I should do a flush and make matters worse. I tried epson salt yesteday and it didnt' help.

I dont know what I should do. Im worried that this is going to turn serious soon. I don't want to mess @ but don't want to run to the Dr for nothing either.

Thanks if you got this far.
