LOL, yeah, I can be a bitch:)*tee hee* I was on the pill for three months, 20 years ago. I never cried so much in my life! SAD tears, MAD tears! I HATED the pill. It took over a year to get my periods back to normal. The pill SUCKS. What are you using now? I recommend a cervical cap. Have you heard of it?
Sounds like you've got it dialed, dietarily speaking. I guess I just asked the question about the companion nutrients because,,,I was TESTING you:)..wanted to see if you were paying attention...yay! obviously, you were. It really makes us feel good to start hearing stories like yours. I am SO happy for you! You're young-ish, too, yes? You're catching this early.
And yeah, Iodine is vital. It's used by EVERY part of the body. Kicking out those nasty halogens seems to clear up the thought process, hmmm? And the emotional thing, yeah. Healthy mind in a healthy bod. And as the sickness leaves us it seems it stirs up some old emotional crap as well. I have noticed a pattern to my physical/emotional "detox", but that's another post.

As far as your hubby and add/adhd whatever? I've got a theory on that, run it by hubby and get his take on it. ok, here goes...

MOST of what people are SUPPOSED to be paying attention to is MIND-NUMBINGLY DULL. NON-stimulating, useless CRAP. So, as a wee laddie, Dear Hubbie's mind wandered while being asked to list the state capitals in alphabetical order. Whose WOULDN'T? So, he acted out, perhaps he brought his imaginary playmates to life. THAT is a SANE, REAL reaction to insanely dull, repetitive CRAP and it is a mark of mental HEALTH that he was diagnosed ADD~ whatever. Do you follow me? waddya think? :)
