Re: From The Biggest Loser On Curezone
You know, I think that is really bad form. If someone would like to say goodbye, then why don't you just let them? It most certainly validates what Hopsino was saying. Is this ethical?
Perhaps you are just mean, like the schoolyard bully?
I hope that you don't end up in a wheelchair like Hopsino. If this virtual reality were real, I wonder if you could be seen walking amongst the sick, scared and disabled cursing them, perhaps kicking the crutches out from one of them. Maybe you would mock them for not speaking well enough? I wonder what kind of person you would be in real life?
Just try to imagine what we have here at curezone. People that are disabled, scared, searching, sometimes deathly ill. And they come here looking for answers. What do they get to see? All the nasty, bitterness and hatred of which I've seen you participate in many many times. Some people think of it as their badge of honor under the guise of "truth".
I guess that's what happens on the internet now. Perhaps it has become the outlet for people's alter egos, something they would never show in real life. Maybe in the real world people think of you as nice, courteous, compassionate, funny....? Maybe you are mean, bitter, sarcastic? Are you sick and scared too? Is that why you lash out?
Behind the computers we are all human. We are here because of some fear. You know what I'm talking about, there was something that drove all of us here.
I just wish that all of this could stop but I know in reality it cannot. Human nature reigns. I used to love philosophy in school. Is war innate in man? What a great discussion. Could go on for days. Lord of the Flies and all that. And you add a healthy dose of ego, bravado, postureing and there you have it. A human internet stew. The new way to reach out and touch someone in our modern times.
I hope that someday Hopsino gets out of that wheelchair. If you were half human, you should say the same.
