Very thorough and comprehensive info as I've come to expect from you. Well done.
The BSM would be my first suggestion to nubees as you have found in your meticulous quest. I will hafta admit that personally the lemonade mixed with the BSM at least to my taste is one vile tasting concoction. I actually like the BSM if I do a straight tbsp but mixed in the lemonade I don't know if I would last more than one day ;+D
