It sounds a little complicated but it is not...

You click on the link below the Macaw Parrot
and select a folder to put your image in. I
made my own under blog but you can put it
where you like, OR you can just choose to put
it in the folder of the forum where you post
it. Once you select a folder, you will see a
box which says, Upload Files to This Folder.
Click on that~~which will take you to a page
which says, Upload File. You will see the
box which says BROWSE. Browse until you find
your file on your harddrive and then click
on it. Then press UPLOAD. The next page you
see will say NEWEST FILES UPLOADED. Copy the
url provided. I always use the LARGE one.
Then paste it where you want it in your
post and voila~! You have your image~~

ps. do not leave a line between your text
and an image or a link url since the software
automatically does that. You can always edit
your post too if you need to rearrange things
a little. good luck~!
