Tell ya what, if you want to see whether it is real or not, do an image search on Giuliani + cross dressing or some other such combination of words, and see what you come up with.  This apparently has not been a one time occasion....

And you're right of course, it won't matter to most.  Just like it didn't matter when a previous president not only carrried on in the oval office, but lied under oath.  Just like it didn't matter if the nation was taken into an illegal war based on lies and assumptions.  Nothing matters and we're an isolated island.  The fact that the world has lost all respect for us doesn't matter either, we don't need them anyway.
