Recovering from Adrenal Fatigue

I was diagnosed with AF 13 years ago, and I'm still recovering from it. I've felt very hopeless and suicidal at times, and I know what it's like to deal with family members and others who don't understand. I know how frustrating this can be. I also know how difficult it is to go through times like you're going through right now.

Are you taking supplements for your AF? If so, which ones? Have you been to an ND about your AF? Have you had the saliva test for AF? Have you read "Adrenal Fatigue" by James Wilson? I have a lot of experience recovering from AF, and I can help you if you'd like.

People with AF also have copper overload, a lesser known condition. I found out I had copper overload about five months ago. There have been several excellent posts about this condition by Rally and others. You might want to read "Why Am I Always So Tired?" by Ann Louise Gittleman . This book has excellent information on recovering from copper overload, and explains its connection to AF. I hope this helps.

Tom
