Yes, you would most definitely have a lawsuit on your hands! ALL doctors are required to MAKE you take a pregnancy test before even thinking about inserting the IUD! This can be dangerous for you and your baby! That was very negligent on their behalf, and I wouldn't waste time about it! Especially if you are having a troubled pregnancy! This can not only hurt you and your baby but it is emotional stress having these worries! God Bless! And I'm sure all will be well for you, but this is a scary subject!
