Re: Liver flush alternatives and Epsom Bathing

Thanks PC!

I went ahead with the bath. I could only manage 20 mins or so. I get really light headed with heat, I suspect it is my natural low blood pressure. Adding no food to the fire-funny things can happen. The hives are still there today, but at least no additional ones, so that is encouraging. It felt good crawling into bed after the bath. I normally always sleep through the night with no bathroom breaks however on this fast I go every two hrs, makes for a scattered snooze.

I was considering calling around for the PH strips. Today my acidic levels seems to have improved a small bit. But baby steps are good!

I have an Aquasana 4000 Filter on my kitchen sink-great reviews. I am considering getting a shower one. Not sure if any could fit the type of bathtub faucet though?

I've been fortunate, I haven't been cranky nor had any real cravings. I am pretty hungry though from time to time. Nothing I can't handle though. Hard to believe I've made it to day 5 and each day seems to pass that much quicker. Looking forward though to that boost of energy-haven't yet experienced it though. I'm okay but today I feel a bit more lightheaded, especially when I bend down.

This support group has been a fabulous source, it helps to know there are others going through the same sort of stuff and had the necessary resources to get through it. Keeps me motivated for sure!

Kellie
