Your low pH is surprising to me. I checked my pH a few times during the
Master-Cleanse and found it to be higher (less acidic) than usual - in the 7.2 - 7.5 region - for both saliva and urine. The urine level was the higher number, which is unusual for me. My levels (when not on the MC) are urine 6.0 (morning) - 6.5 (evening) and saliva 7.2 (morning) - 7.4 or so (evening), and I eat a lot of raw vegetables. Maybe, it was because I didn't think to check until Day 7 and later, so if you wait, your levels might rise.
As for good results: I've done 26
Liver Flushes so far, and I've seen gradual improvement with migraines, allergies, and arthritis. But when I did the MC, my environmental allergies disappeared completely in the later half and for about 3 weeks after the MC. It was hard to judge with the migraines, as you do get caffeine-related headaches early in the
Master-Cleanse (I had a doozer which lasted Days 2 - 5) but it was a toxin headache (throughout the head area rather than on one side, like a migraine, and it was constant, unlike my migraines). Also, I did the
Master-Cleanse at the end of hot, dry weather, so my
Arthritis wouldn't have been activated at that time. But the improvement in allergies was phenomenal. They are returning, but seem to be less strong at this time.
As for your specific symptoms, I have no experience with them. However, I think that as the toxin levels plummet in your body, you should see improvements in toxin-related symptoms, particularly if you can manage an MC past Day 16.
If you want to speed up the elimination of toxins from your body, I recommend anything that makes you sweat - saunas, toxin baths, going for fast walks or jogging, etc., remembering to drink water as you sweat.
Detox bath: Put one cup each of baking soda (bicarbonate of soda) and
Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) in a bowl, float the bowl in a bathtub of hot water, and pour boiling water into the bowl. The chemical reaction will thoroughly mix and dissolve the ingredients, and they will froth over into the water. Mix these ingredients thoroughly with hot water, soak for 30 minutes (or as long as you can), then follow up with a cool shower, directing the spray onto your arms and legs and then your trunk and head (to reduce shock). This will stop the detoxing so you don't aggravate skin conditions. Go directly to bed. You will be warm and sleepy.
You should find yourself in a grand mood all the next day (thanks to the magnesium), and it will help eliminate some of the mobilized toxins from your system via sweat. It helps to drink plain water as you bathe, so you have a kind of circulation going on - good, clean water in, toxin-laden water being sweated out. If you can, anytime you feel toxic or in a bad mood, try this bath. Once I discovered the effectiveness of this detox bath, I was sold; my MC was much easier from that point on. Oh yes, it will help make that gooey white stuff on your tongue become less sticky and thick, so you can brush it off the next day with a wet toothbrush. If the toxin levels are high in your body, it might take 2 baths 2 days in a row.
