No, I am not craving any salt at this point in time. I do know that my period is about 9 days away.
I know I am estrogen dominant because I have endometreosis and candida.
I am taking 50mg divided into 2 doses of iodoral and companion supplements
I just started taking the two herbs yesterday for endo off of sensiblehealth.com
