Re: Iodine and Night Sweats

This happened to me early on and I came to the conclusion that I hate to sweat. I've been freezing for about 18 years so waking up soaking was nasty. Now I welcome the sweat, because I know that the nasty toxins are coming out and my skin is finally able to sweat, which is a sign of improving health. After giving birth a woman well normally sweat for 2 weeks. I understand that this is a sign of healing post pregnancy and those who do not sweat as much have a longer recovery time.
