Please help

To anyone awake in curezone land. I started taking antiobiotics for strep B and I now, on day 2 have a fever of 101.4 and maybe rising. Any help, please? I've heard cold baths/showers are good to break it if it gets too high, but what point is that? Is that a smart choice? I don't have time or money to buy anything right now. I have epsom salt, peroxide, and an assortment of anti-fungals (herbal). I have candida pretty badly and am worried that it will come back or even that this is it causing a fever. Please advise.
