not very successful 1st liver flush

Hi there i did my first Liver Flush (1st one in 3 years) over the weekend and it was not successful at all i didn't notice any stones though I did have that kind of stagnant bile smell that was familiar from when i've flushed in the past. i think i did a few things wrong perhaps. i didn't lay down immediately after the oo concoction, though within about 5 to 7 minutes i laid down. i ate very low fat but not completely fat free though i did finish eating at 2pm - i'm not sure if this was the problem because some Liver Flush descriptions dont have this as a requirement. i haven't done a parasite cleanse and perhaps I need one. oh and last thing is i did the Epsom Salts in the evening but replaced the Epsom Salts with an swf in the morning instead. i was planning on doing at least one epsom dose in the AM but the thought of it in the morning made me want to puke! next time i'll put the epsoms in veg caps as suggested by bluandyelo.

so any thoughts on what would have been the main reason why my flush was unsuccessful? i know i need to parasite cleanse and am planning to do so soon. thx for any feedback you can provide. i'm planning another flush the weekend after next.
