Re: not very successful 1st liver flush

Everyone reacts differently to a liver flush. In my first flush I pushed lots of stones, but most of my friends who also did it, had few stones out in their first time.
Mrs. Chang from Sensible Health says that the first flush tends to be more difficult if your liver is too congested. And that may be your case. If so, I would go for another flush asap and you will probably have good results.
The consecutive flush tends to work out.

Good luck and don´t give. Liver results come with discipline and persistance.
