Well I am thinking it is just my digestion at this point. I try not to eat meat more then 3 times a week. Well I disagree with some of the avoids like psyllium ( I am currently doing the P and B shakes and they are working wonders). Everything else is fine as far as digestion goes. I did some kinseology (sp.) muscle testing and Evening Primrose was higly beneficial to me and it is on the avoid list. So much confusion. Meat being the common addition is too much like Atkins Diet which is hard on the kidneys. I know you can substitute beans but this is also limiting. Maybe that is why it hasnt done very well for me because I do not digest meat well.
For others if it works I say Great! I think I will just stick to the cleanses and Candida diet for now.
