trust me..it works SOOO much better! just as long as I get enough fats in the week and lots of protein at breakfast.It's basically a protein and veggie feast.I used to think that it would bog me down and make me lazy and all that but it's actually giving me a strong boost of consistent energy throughout the day!
when I used to fast throughout the day I would be STARVING,dizzy,tired,light headed etc. but with the large breakfast,everything is a-okay and I am not hungry for a long time.I honestly think this works soo much better..for me at least.
I am still leaning out,staying muscular and feel good.

plus I am more regular then ever..the veggies and then a small fiber meal at night REALLY helps things out for me to get things moving...
