I have been doing something a little different with the WD,I will sometimes eat breakfast then fast til dinner or breakfast and a lite snack for dinner then fast til the next nights dinner.I don't eat often but when I do I eat ALOT,I may go back to just fasting and feasting again but right now this works for me.

I really like eating this way,I tried going back to 'normal' eating again for a little bit but it just doesn't work out anymore..I get lazy,sleepy,tired and even sickly feeling.I just don't do well eating all the time..I actually do better if I am left to feel really hungry throughout the day.I tried using weight gainers again to boost up my cals but even 1 shake a day proved problematic,though surprisingly it's helped me poop more and settle my gut lol..must be all that whey protein and potassium. But yeah,not really feeling them..might take only half after my workouts for post shakes but that's about it..any other time and it really screws up my blood sugar,that maltodextrin is falking nasty! lol.

I still eat meats/veggies mostly with moderate carbs..seems to be the optimal diet for muah.
how have you been doing? this place has been dead for a long time lol..
