since starting my new job,I have been waking up 5-6 hours before work to do whatevers as well as eat a good sized breakfast,then I take a nap or whatever..when it's time for work I am rested and ready to go! I find that I don't generally get hungry during the day and my bloodsugar feels alot better when I was just fasting and ravenous all the time.I feel like I am losing weight but it's alot of water..I have even cut out my redbull habit almost cold turkey so that's a good thing,even though it was only one a day it sure felt pretty potent.
I feel better eating in the morning,I think better and more rested throughout the day..it just feels different.In the evening after work,I'll have something small,just to help me get to sleep and ready my appetite for the next mornings feast.So far so good,that 12-14 hour fast throughout work helps.I think 18-19 hour fasting daily was a little bit overkill,especially being pretty active it was wearing me real thin (literally!) getting off redbull for the last 3-4 years is hitting me pretty hard though..I don't feel well,and I am soooo slow in the head without all that caffine.One can is like 3-4 cups of coffee plus the other stimulants I have to detox from lol..
I love this way of eating..people are always curious of why I never eat lol.
