The food list Molly gave has a lot of veggies, and you can make your own green juices from combos, or buy them maybe at a jambo juice bar. You can look up the Juiceman too, he has recipes for certain vitamin green juices.
Whole food supplements might be a good idea for you at this time also.
If you feel you need a supplement, then purchase one of your choice, me I eat plenty of fruits, and am upping my green juices lately.
Yesterday and today, I juiced a whole fresh pineapple with a bag of fresh cranberries..very tasty!
For green juice, I am making celery, spinach, and carrot..since I am now out of dandelion greens I won't add those..oh, but I do have fresh parsley and I will add that.
