If you are shaking, either something is making you hyper, or you have low potassium or magnesium. Magnesium is the calming mineral. The mineral imbalances are dangerous. Iodine symptoms were similar to your, so I don't do fruits either. Even coconut is not good for me. But I do make sure I eat a lot of vegetables, buying them fresh and making a whole meal out of them, sometimes adding eggs to a vegetable stir fry, or cheese to mixed vegetables. But I can eat just one thing at a time too. Cabbage, or okra, or broccoli. Onions and carrots with anything else. Just add a good oil after cooking. Or even butter.
Review to be sure you are not taking any other "uppers" with the iodine, too much caffeine, thyroid meds, cold medicines, diet supplements that have bitter orange, or ephedra, or HCA. If you are taking nothing else, cut your
Iodine down to get to a point where you stop shaking. Take your pulse. It should be 72 or under. If your pulse is high, and you are taking no other uppers, you may be reacting to something in your diet and you may have to make adjustments.
If you think you may have adrenal fatigue, be sure to do the
Sea Salt 2-3 times a day.
Sea Salt is good for minerals.
Take a little
Epsom Salts or milk of magnesia in water if you don't have any magnesium supplements to see if it helps your shaking.
If you have to resort to a potassium supplement, take it with food. They are very hard on the stomach.
Mineral levels are important and potassium is what the heart uses, especially the pacemaker portion. So you want to attend to this right away. But better to do it naturally if you can.
