Re: Taking Dandelion root?

I use the tinctures when I do a Liver Flush (add to my olive oil mixture). I've forgotten to do this a few times, and I can tell the difference. When I do the Liver Flush with the dandelion, all the flushes are very productive. I got this from Telman on the Liver Flush Forum .

Sometimes I put a dropper full in my parsley tea.
