I agree--you wonder sometimes at putting out more money, and the COQ10 can be expensive, I found the 600 mg at iherbs.com for the NOW product, along with the L-Cysteine- and ordered the ozonated oil online..it has definetly been money well spent, and I'd sure recommend doing it for 3 weeks.
