Thanks for all the info. I thought I might be doing something wrong. But this must be what I need to go through. I will try some of your suggestions and wait another week or two before my next flush. Hopefully my bowels will get back on track. How much probiotics can I take a day? I do have Dr. Natura's colon detox products. Could I just start taking that?
