I am so tired of having eczema! Help me!

I have struggled with servere eczema my entire life. I can't seem to break it. I just started a new job and my lips keep breaking out all around with eczema. It's on my neck, eye lids, scalp, face, mouth, arms, and legs. I feel like it is taking over my body I have been to the dermatologist several times and it always comes back. I keep missing work trying to get this dealt with. The worst are my lips which become red and inflamed from chin to nose and burn all day long no matter what I put on them. If anyone has any questions or even supportive advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks,
