Yes. I've been conscious about my diet for years. I eat one meal a day and play tennis for two hours, three or four times a week. I might have toast and coffee for breakfast but I always skip lunch - it's important to do a show on an empty stomach. Afterwards, though, I'll eat whatever I like, including dessert. And I mix up my diet, too, with meat one day, fish the next, and lots of vegetables. So, over time, I get all the nutrition I need. It's really worked for me, although I do supplement with multivitamins.
