Here is another breakfast idea that my wife and I use, when we dont have smoothies...
An avocado and tomato, both diced, over organic brown rice or quinoa. Then drizzle Bragg's Amino Acids, lemon juice, and olive oil over it. Add whatever spice you like. Also, fresh onions go nice, and fresh ginger too if you like.
Paul - are those Apricot pits in your smoothie recipe, or the fruit? Your coffee grinder has the power to grind up all that? Also, I suppose I could substitute soy or hemp protein powder for the whey to avoid dairy, right?
