panic attack or anxiety is caused by adrenal fatigue. you develop this health problem if you have been stressed, scared or felt nervous or didn't have enough sleep for a long time. take adrenal supplements. people with adrenal problem has low b vitamins too, so take b-complex vitamins and high dose of vitamin c. you also need to have a good physical exercise.
i doubt if h2o2 helps with your anxiety problem, but who knows...
