I have read the ingredients carefully.
But it says that type o is NOT to have sprouted wheat, and it contains sprouted wheat. I just wondered why they would say to eat one thing, when it contains ingredients that you are not to have.
I have purchased it anyway. And it tastes good, one slice does it.
We do have to have something to have with homemade soup, after all!
