HI ALL!! I am new to this forum. My hubby and I just started with the eat 4 your type diet, and so far, so good. We are both type 'O', so it makes it a bit easier. We are on day 3 and feel pretty good. I do have one thing to say about the Ezekiel Bread. I bought some today, and noticed it said on the ingredients "organic sprouted wheat". However, wheat is in the avoid list, as well as sprouted wheat. Can anyone explain this? My hubby has always been allergic to wheat, (sinus problems), and we felt that this diet plan may be the answer. I have ALOT of weight to lose, and so far the people I have spoken to have all lost weight, one losing 78 lbs.!!! So I am hopeing that someone out there will be able to clarify the wheat thing, and I hope you all can give me some advice, especially on losing weight. Has anyone out there lost a whack of weight on this diet? If you have, I would love to hear about your success!
