Thanks for the link, friend Zoe.
I read it.
I am prepping for the Enchanted Garden 2007-2008 Campaign
that will get a good start at this year's Pacific Symposium '07
in a couple weeks.
The power is in our seeds, not gold or paper dollars.
We are natural seed growers by nature.
Most human beings grow seeds naturally
inside our bodies, the key is becoming familiar
with how all the other seeds grow.
Please take a look at the work I have been doing
for a couple days here, and check out the
Enchanted Garden Project:
Rebirth the Earth: Simple Things I Can Do

As LuellaMay says in her insightful sharing above,
this has been a long time coming.
I started thinking about this 30 years ago
and taking steps.
One of the most important things to realize
is that there is a part of each of us that is
on-going--the Soul.
The Soul is the equivalent of a Seed,
and the Earth is the equivalent of the Womb.
So let's make the most of the opportunity
to have the Soul grow now and here through
making as much fertile soil as possible
and learning from Plants how to grow ourselves.
My approach to food storage and the fears that come up
around this is to make friends.
We live near the border.
In Spring I was giving away five boxes of
organic locally grown produce from Noel Stehly
to the kids in Tecate at a World Environment Day.
My bioregion includes those who live on the other side
of the border.
The key is creating as many gardeners and farmers now.
Kids love to garden. They need to be reached young.
The Enchanted Garden Teaching goes:
Friendship is a river than knows no borders.
True home land security needs to be earth based.
It can only be based on human kindness and helping the other
person get back to the earth.
Our Soul Nature will keep giving us opportunities to learn to
be kind to each other and to live in harmony with Mother Earth.
That is what the Curezone is about....educating.
California is leading the way as far as going green in many respects.
I like our governor giving $5000.00 to any school that wants a garden.
It is a great time to be alive
even with all our aches and pains,
and we are all going to have some difficult days
as well as good days.
In friendship,
Leslie
