Help! It's coming to my town soon...

They are going to start putting fluoride in the water here in SJC next month.

I can use different drinking and cooking water...but what about the shower and bath? How dangerous is it when taken through the skin? Small shower filters don't do fluoride...and I can't afford a whole house one...and even they don't get it all out, I am told....
