Do sleeping problems depend on who you sleep with?
Snoring has been a big problem in some people's lives...but what about the radio, the TV, and the furnace?
Particularly the furnace...and the window open, and how far?
What about the weight of blankets and coverings?
What about the time of retiring...and the biggie, preferred time of intimacy?
What about pillow talk?
What about the light?
...And the risk of prowlers...does anyone listen for 'bumps in the night'?
Trots to the bathroom? Water? Dry mouth...does it come from the furnace coming on?
There's more, much more, of course, but, does ANYONE get deep and healing sleep?
And, if you don't, or didn't, what do/did you do about it?
I am familiar with sleep aids, and I've heard of many supplements and soothing practices...but I'd like to know if anyone has differences from their sleeping partner which keep them awake...pets not included.
And were you able to resolve the questions?
Fledgling
